Valentines Day decor inspo

I have joined with a few of my talented insta-gals to bring you some amazing Valentine decor ideas!  You’re probably joining me from Lisa’s Cottage Style blog!  Welcome!  We all have different decor styles so you are sure to find something that inspires you from at least one of us :).  Let me introduce you to the talented ladies joining me:

I have two young girls so I love to “decorate for the seasons”. It also passes time too in these cold winter months.  You don’t have to have a lot of money or buy all of the things to add these looks.  I simply shopped my home or bought items at Dollar General or Target!  
I am a lover/ collector of coffee mugs so I have some that can be used for Valentine’s Day!  Anything with hearts, love, I love you, mine, xoxo, I dig you, love you latte would work for Valentine’s Day. If you have a chalkboard or even a letter board, you can free hand some art or write a Valentine’s Day message like I did here:

Think reds or pinks!  Red is a color I always use during the Christmas season so I shop our home and pull red pillows and accents to add to my Valentine’s Day decor.  Here is our coffee bar styled 2 ways!

SIMPLE –This look is a simple style, using the tea cups we use daily.  I just added a little red.

FUN – This coffee corner is our current coffee station.  I just added items we had as well as fun coffee cups.  I love the teal color of this set from Target.  It’s great to use for Valentine’s Day as well as all year!

You can also add fun budget Valentine decor by simply using fresh florals  and from your local market + pops of pink.  Here is an example:

Another fun way to add a little Valentine cheer to you home is to use vintage floral art or floral paintings.  This would transition well from winter to spring, I love this photo by @rusticwildarrow
