All about Living rooms
… Hello again, today I’m sharing all about living rooms. I thought this could kind of be a on stop shop. You can shop at the bottom of this post, easy decor items to update your space are linked below! Here are 3 main tips to update or refresh a living room:
1. Paint – Giving your walls/trim a fresh coat of paint will change the look and feel of the whole room. I recommend sticking to neutral colors on the walls. If you love a pop, you could use a contrast color above your sofa wall or fireplace wall. Here’s a great example:

2. Lighting- Updating the lighting in the space can instantly change the style of the room. Add modern lighting for a modern feel. Don’t be afraid to mix styles, it gives the space added character. Here’s an example, I love how she used the bead chandelier as a statement piece.

3. Rugs-whether you have carpet or gorgeous hardwood flooring, anchoring the space with a area rug is needed. It’s fun to add a pop of color as well. I love layering rugs in spaces for added coziness. Here’s a example, I love the vintage rug. I also love that their are “vintage inspired” rugs out that doesn’t have the price tag as a true vintage rug, I have linked a few favorites below.
